BEAVER DAM , KY (March 3, 2018) – Kentucky State Police troopers conducted a traffic stop around 12:20pm on North Main Street in Beaver Dam for traffic violations.

Through the investigation, the trooper located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on passenger, Carolyn S. Kassinger, 58 of Beaver Dam. She was arrested without incident and charged with:
1) Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense
2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Kassinger was transported and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford, KY.
