Victim: Heather D. Teague, White Female, 23 years of age at the time of kidnapping.Today she is 41 years old.

Location: Newburgh Beach, Henderson, Henderson County, Kentucky.

A witness observed the victim being kidnapped at gunpoint from Newburgh Beach. Foul play is suspected. Suspect committed suicide shortly after abduction.
