Cold Case of Oscar Wiley

State Police Request Help Resolving Oscar Wiley Murder

Between July 26, 1958 and July 27,1958, Oscar Wiley was murdered, the victim's body was found on Ezekiel Webster's property half a mile west of Carrollton, KY on U.S. Highway 42. Mr. Wiley had been hit on the head, shoulders, and chest with a home made boat oar. Also the victim was stabbed several times and his throat cut.
