The victim´s remains were found on May 17, 1985 in a wooded area between Church Street and Armour Street in Irvine. (Estill County) The victim had been reported missing for several months before her remains were found. Case 07-8 5-0527

The victim was Loretta Lynn Willoughby, White Female age 15 of Irvine, Kentucky.
