State Police Request Help Resolving the Murder of Perry A. Clark - Victim was found on 9/27/1987
Victim and a friend were both shot on September 27, 1987 while canoeing on the Southfork of the Kentucky River. This location was just inside Owsley County at the Clay County line. This area is 11 miles south of Booneville in Owsley County off of KY 11, near Bishop Bend Road.
Both victims were ambushed and shot by unknown assailant(s) from the bank of the river. Mr. Clark died at the scene. The other victim was able to escape and survived his injuries. Case 07-87-1225
The victim was Perry A. Clark, White Male age 35 of Nicholasville, Kentucky.
