State Police Request Help Resolving the Murder of "Baby" Jane Doe - Victim was found on 11/22/1991

Victim was found : 23 years ago

Victim was found shot to death on October 26, 1995 in his residence on Pine Grove Road, 4 miles south of Beattyville in Lee County. Case 07-95-2080

An employee of the Richmond (Madison County) Landfill found the victim on November 22, 1991. The victim was lying in the trash that had just been dumped from a garbage truck from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond. An autopsy determined "Baby" Jane Doe was born alive. The cause of death was exposure. Case 07-91-2254

The victim was "Baby" Jane Doe, White Female newborn (1 day) possibly Richmond, Kentucky.
