State Police Request Help Resolving the Murder of Martin' Oswaldo Vivar - Victim was found on 4/28/1998

Victim was found shot to death on April 28, 1998 on Wades Mill Road, 5 miles east of Winchester in Clark County. The location where the body was discovered was a drop site and not the location of the murder. The victim was lying near the road and was partially covered by the assailant(s) with grass and weeds.

Victim had been working as a farm laborer in Montgomery County. Case 07-98-0832

The victim was Martin' Oswaldo Vivar (AKA Homero Martinez), Hispanic Male age 28 of Meoqui, Mexico.
