Victim was found stabbed on March 22, 1983 off US 25, 10 miles north of Richmond, Kentucky. This location, just inside Madison County from Fayette County, was believed to be a drop site for the body. Case 07-83-0472

The victim was Jay Reynolds, White Male age 29 of Lexington, Kentucky.
