KSP Honors Morehead Officer for Excellence in Highway Safety

(Frankfort, Ky.) -- Inspector William Williams is an 8-year veteran from the Morehead Region and received the Excellence in Highway Safety Award for highest percentage of CMV 'Out of Service' inspections by a civilian employee for driver and vehicle. Williams received an out of service percentage of 45.1% for the 2009 year.
