HARTFORD, Ky. (April 02, 2018)—Kentucky State Police detectives arrested an Ohio County man after authorities learned he was having a sexual relationship with a minor.

 Brian C. Hohimer, 41 of Hartford was arrested by KSP detectives and charged with one count of Rape 3rd and two counts of Sodomy 3rd.

KSP launched an investigation in Hohimer after allegations were made suggesting he was having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old female.

KSP arrested Hohimer without incident and transported him to the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.
