WHAT: Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Labor Day Enforcement Efforts

WHEN: National enforcement effort began on August 16, 2019 and extends through the 2019 Labor Day Weekend

WHERE: Statewide enforcement efforts

WHO: Kentucky law enforcement

WHY: The Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign focuses on removing impaired drivers from roadways and safeguarding citizens. KSP will conduct statewide traffic safety checkpoints in an effort to enforce all traffic laws of the Commonwealth. Special attention will be placed on occupant protection (seatbelt/child restraint usage), vehicle safety, insurance compliance, registration violations and speeding.
