Frankfort, Ky. (January 31, 2018) – On Friday, November 17, 2017, Kentucky State Police responded to a complaint of Child Abuse at The Learning Tree Academy on C. Michael Davenport Road in Franklin County.

The Kentucky State Police received a complaint of Criminal Child Abuse from a parent. During the course of the investigation, Kentucky State Police Detectives determined the alleged abuse was occurring at the Learning Tree Academy located on C. Michael Davenport Rd. in Frankfort. After further investigation, speaking with several parents and other employees of Learning Tree Academy other alleged victims were identified.

Tiara C. Broce, age 25, of Frankfort was an employee of the Learning Tree Academy. A Franklin County Grand Jury has indicted Tiara Broce with 6 counts of 2nd Degree Criminal Child Abuse.
