WHITESVILLE, Ky. (April 11, 2018)— Around 8:15pm, a Kentucky State Police trooper conducted a traffic stop in the 10,000 block of KY 764 on a vehicle operated by Jeremy D. Payne, 42 of Owensboro.
During the stop, Payne fled on foot. The trooper caught Payne and discovered him to be in possession of methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia.
Payne was arrested and transported to the Daviess County Detention Center.
He was charged with:
1) Possession of Methamphetamine, 2nd Offense
2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
3) Careless Driving
4) Excessive Window Tint
5) Fleeing/Evading Police on Foot
