SHELBYVILLE Ky. (January 23, 2023) The Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is seeking information relating to the 2018 murder of  Jon Monroe.  The incident occurred on South Lawn Drive in Shelbyville KY, during the evening hours of December 23rd, 2018.
