It was also determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol while operating the ATV.
CROMWELL, Ky. (April 28, 2019)— Kentucky State Police responded to complaint of an ATV operating on the roadway near Cromwell (Ohio County) around 4:30p.m. A trooper located the operator of the ATV, Bradley Dean Rhoades, 32 of Cromwell on Fire Tower Spur. Through the investigation, it was determined that Rhoades had been transporting a six year-old passenger on the ATV. It was also determined that Rhoades was under the influence of alcohol while operating the ATV.
He was arrested and charged with the following offenses:
DUI 4th Offense (Aggravated)
Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree
Operating ATV On The Roadway
Endangering The Welfare Of A Minor
Driving DUI Suspended License 1st Offense (Aggravated)
He was transported to Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.
