Christopher Diller was arrested and lodged in the Todd County Detention Center
Elkton, KY (Todd County) – On January 6, 2019, at approximately 11:02 PM, Trooper Hunter Carroll, of Kentucky State Police Post 2 in Madisonville, initiated a traffic stop on a 1995 green Chevrolet Tahoe after observing the vehicle had expired registration.
Trooper Carroll made contact with the operator, identified as Christopher Diller, age 43, of Crofton, KY. While speaking with Diller, Trooper Carroll observed several indicators of criminal activity. Through a consented search of the vehicle, the Trooper discovered over an ounce of suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and several prescription pills.
Christopher Diller was arrested and lodged in the Todd County Detention Center where he was charged with the following:
1.) Rear License Not Illuminated
2.) No Registration Plates
3.) No Registration Receipt
4.) Failure of Owner to Maintain Required INS/SEC, 1st Off
5.) Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd or > (> or = 2GMs Methamphetamine)
6.) Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense
7.) Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Contain 1st Offense
8.) Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess
9.) Possession Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree- Drug Unspecified
