Allison Deboe was arrested and lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center
Nortonville, KY (Hopkins County) – On March 8, 2019 at approximately 10:48 PM, Trooper Trevor High, of Kentucky State Police Post 2 in Madisonville, observed a tan Mercury Van operating on Red Hill Road in a careless manner.
Trooper High initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, and while speaking with the passenger Allison Deboe, age 35, of Earlington, KY, the odor of marijuana was detected. Through further investigation, Trooper High discovered Ms. Deboe was in possession of suspected marijuana, suspected methamphetamine, suspected “Molly,” and items consistent with trafficking.
Allison Deboe was arrested and lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center where she was charged with the following:
- Trafficking in Cont Sub 1st Degree, 1st Offense- (< 2 grams Methamphetamine)
- Trafficking in Marijuana (Less than 8 oz.) 1st Offense
- Trafficking in Cont Sub 1st Degree, 1st Offense- (> or = 10 D.U. Drug Unspecified)
The operator of the vehicle was not charged.
