Central City, Ky. (Muhlenberg County) – The Kentucky State Police Post 2 in Madisonville, were contacted in reference to a fatal house fire on Park Street in Central City, on May 20, 2020, around 4:09 AM.

KSP arson investigators and Post 2 detectives responded to the scene, where they discovered 30-year-old Brittany Michelle Dukes was in the residence on Park Street, when the fire started. Brittany Dukes was pronounced deceased on scene by the Muhlenberg County Coroner’s Office. The investigation is ongoing by KSP Post 2 Detective Brandon McPherson.
