Winchester, KY. (March 18 2021) – The Kentucky State Police recovered a stolen commercial vehicle on March 17 2021. Officer Mark Puckett with KSP Commercial Vehicle Enforcement stopped a 2016 blue Peterbuilt tractor-trailer after observing the vehicle on a non-designated route for commercial vehicle travel.

During course of his commercial vehicle inspection and though investigation Officer Puckett learned that the vehicle being operated was reported stolen out of Clayton County, Georgia. Further investigation found the driver; 42 year old, Ali J. Lee of Roselle, New Jersey was also in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Lee was arrested without further incident and lodged in the Clark County Detention Center on the following charges: Receiving Stolen Property over $10,000, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Over Length and Over Width on non-designated highway. Officer Mark Puckett continues the investigation.
