CRAB ORCHARD, Ky. (April 1, 2023) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 7 have been requested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office to investigate an officer-involved shooting that occurred on April 1, 2023, just before 3:30 p.m. EST on Denny Road in Lincoln County.

KSP Post 7 (Richmond) Troopers and Detectives responded to the scene. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.

A male subject was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
