Joshua T. Little, 25 years old of Beattyville, was allegedly shot by Ronald Wolford

BEATTYVILLE, Ky. (July 20, 2018) – The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post was called just before 10:00 pm last night in reference to a shooting that occurred at an apartment complex in Beattyville, KY.

The initial investigation indicates that Joshua T. Little, 25 years old of Beattyville, was allegedly shot by Ronald Wolford, 31 years old of Edgarton, WV during an altercation.  Joshua Little was airlifted to the University of Kentucky Medical Center where he died early this morning as a result of his injuries.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, Ronald Wolford was arrested and is lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail charged with Murder and Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun.

The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 7 Detective Charles Brandenburg.
