KSP Post 14 Commander
Kentucky State Police Post 14 located in Ashland is under the command of Captain James P. Stephens. Captain James P. Stephens received his KSP commission in February of 1999 and was appointed Post 14 commander in July of 2012.
Kentucky State Police Post 14 serves the following Kentucky Counties:

KSP Trooper Island Raffle Car Combines Unbridled Power With Highest Govt. Safety Rating
(Frankfort, KY) -- The Kentucky State Police are raffling off a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro 1SS Coupe to help support their annual summer camp for underprivileged youth. Sporting a Crystal Red Metallic exterior and black interior, the vehicle features a 6.2 liter V8 dual overhead cam engine with 400 horsepower and a six-speed automatic transmission that incorporates Active Fuel Management™ for a 24-miles-per-gallon highway rating. In government crash testing, it earned a superlative five-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
