KSP Post 16 Commander

An image of Captain Robert A. Shoultz Kentucky State Police Post 16 located in Henderson is under the command of Captain Robert A. Shoultz. Captain Shoultz received his KSP commission in June of 1998 and was appointed Post 16 commander in September of 2009.
