Kentucky State Police Post 7 located in Richmond is under the command of Captain Edward L. Johnson. Captain Johnson received his KSP commission in June of 1983 and was appointed Post 7 commander in February of 2008.
Kentucky State Police Post 7 serves the following Kentucky Counties:
Boyle, Clark, Estill, Garrard, Jackson, Jessamine, Lee, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, and Owsley.
