KSP Post 7 Commander

An image of Captain JohnsonKentucky State Police Post 7 located in Richmond is under the command of Captain Edward L. Johnson. Captain Johnson received his KSP commission in June of 1983 and was appointed Post 7 commander in February of 2008.

Kentucky State Police Post 7 serves the following Kentucky Counties:

Post 7 Service Area Image Boyle, Clark, Estill, Garrard, Jackson, Jessamine, Lee, Lincoln,  Madison, Mercer, and Owsley.

The Kentucky State Police are rolling out a classic 60s muscle car updated for the 21st Century for their Trooper Island fund-raising raffle this year: the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro (1LT Coupe). Sporting a Victory Red exterior and black interior, a rear spoiler and aluminum wheels with Midnight Silver finish, this pony combines retro cool styling, robust performance, enhanced safety, efficient fuel economy, environmental friendliness and high tech tweaks that really make it rock.
