Felony Arrest in Hancock County, KY

(Henderson, KY.) - KSP received information that Jason Carman was operating a subjects vehicle without permission and was D.U.I. The Trooper located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on Old Highway 81. Mr. Carman fled and a pursuit ensued through Daviess and Hancock Counties for approximately 52 miles. Mr. Carman lost control of the vehicle and the pursuit ended in a field in Hancock County. Mr. Carman was apprehended without incident. He was lodged in the Hancock County Jail on and charged with Fleeing 1st, DUI 1st Agg, Theft by unlawful taking over $300, Speeding, Open Alchol Container in a motor vehicle, Service of warrant for another agency, Fugitive from Another State (Indiana).
