Fatal Crash on KY 39 in Lincoln County

(RICHMOND, KY) - Phyllis M. Cromer was traveling north KY 39. Ms. Cromer apparently lost control of her vehicle in a curve and ran off the roadway, where the vehicle struck a tree. Ms. Cromer was transported to Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford, where she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The collision remains under investigation by Trooper Michael Ashley.
