Injury Collision on KY 121 in Calloway County

(Mayfield, KY) - Carless V. Cook was traveling South on KY. 121 when he crossed the center line and down a steep embankment on the East side of the road. The vehicle struck a tree and then came to rest in a creek. Mr. Cook was transported to Murray Calloway County Hospital where he was treated for multiple injuries. Murray Police Department, Calloway County Sheriff's Department and the Murray Fire Department assisted state police at the scene. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Weaver.
