Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense Arrest in Livingston County
Date of News Release: 12/18/2007
(Livingston County) - On 12/18/2007 Kentucky State Police was notified by the McCracken County Sheriff's Department that they had attempted to stop a vehicle driven by Christopher Rainey but lost him in the Symsonia area. The sheriff's department had information Mr. Rainey was at a residence in Salem. Trooper TJ Williams arrived and spoke to an individual who stated Mr. Rainey was in the home. A search by troopers located 5 individuals in the home, one being Mr. Rainey, along with methamphetamine, marijuana and several methemphetamine precursors. Troopers also located a working methamphetamine lab in a outside storage building.
Listed below are the individuals arrested and charges:
- Dennis Benke, age 42-Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree-Methamphetamine, Controlled Substance Endangerment to a child-2 counts, Possession of Anydrous Ammonia other than in Approved Container, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense.
- Annette F. Hinchee, age 24-Possession of Controlled Substance 1st-Methamphetamine, Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense-Firearm Enhanced, Possession of Drug Paraphernaila 1st Offense, Possession of Marijuana, Controlled Substance Endangerment to a Child-2 counts.
