Lincoln County Murder Suspect

(Richmond, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7, Richmond, is seeking the public's assistance in locating Neccolus Mundy, age 26 of Richmond. Mundy is wanted in connection with the February 2002 Lincoln County murders of Ryan Shangraw and Bo Upton. Mundy is a black male, 6ft. in height and weighs 195 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair worn in dreadlocks. Mundy also has numerous tattoos on his neck. The public is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police at (859) 623-2404 or 1-800-222-5555 if they know his whereabouts. He should not be approached by non-law enforcement personnel. A reward is being offered for information that leads to his arrest.
