Stolen property located in Elliott County

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On February 10, 2011, Kentucky State Police in Morehead was contacted by the Elliott County Sheriff's Department in reference to possible located stolen property. Trooper Royce Collett, Trooper Mike McPherson, and Elliott County Sherriff Jim Stephens responded to the Spalj construction site off of KY 7. Trooper Collette recovered a 2007 Ford F-550, 1997 Ditch Witch 5110 with plow, and 2006 Ditch Witch 18s trailer. The property is owned by Saunders Cable Inc. of Cheney, Washington, and was stolen from a job site in Henderson County, Tennessee. Two individuals wanted in connection with the thefts could not be located. The incident remains under investigation by Trooper Royce Collett.
