Wanted subject out of Elliott County Arrested

(Morehead, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Morehead received information of the location of a subject that was wanted out of Elliott County KY. James "Buck" Barker was believed to be staying at a residence on Stark Ridge Road in Elliott County. Multiple Kentucky State Police Morehead Troopers responded to the scene where they found Mr. Barker hiding inside the residence. Mr. Barker was taken into custody without incident and charged with two counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, and two counts of Criminal Mischief 1st Degree. Mr. Barker has been lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
