Arson and Wanton Endangerment Arrest in Rowan County

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On June 17, 2011, at 4:40 PM, Kentuck State Police Post 8 in Morehead conducted a warrant service at the Rowan County Detention Center. Delma F. Sartin was charged with two counts of Arson 2nd, nineteen counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st, Perjury 1st, and two counts of Fraudulent Insurance Acts. The case is still under investigation by Detective Shane Barnes.
