Recovery of Stolen Vehicle in Wolfe County

(Morehead, Ky.) -- 08-02-2011 at 2:55 a.m. Trooper Erwin Eiserman received a suspicious person complaint at the Magic Sparkle Car Wash in Campton. Upon his arrival he was unable to locate the individual, but did identify a vehicle in the parking lot. Trooper Eiserman identified the vehicle license plate which confirmed the vehicle was stolen from Lexington, KY. A search of the vehicle identified a personal journal belonging to Brian Rose. Mr. Rose was subsequently located nearby at the Shell Mart in Campton. Mr. Rose admitted to stealing the vehicle and presented Trooper Eiserman with the car keys. Mr. Rose was charged with Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000.00 and is currently lodged at the Three Forks Detention Center in Lee County.
