Felony Drug Arrest in Olive Hill, KY

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On August 5, 2011, at 1945 hours, Kentucky State Police in Morehead assisted the Elliott County Sheriff's Office with an Emergency Protection Order service on Binion Ford Bunkerhill Road in Olive Hill. Trooper Whitney Howard and Sheriff Jimmy Stephens contacted Gregory Scott Herring. Marijuana was discovered growing at the residence. Mr. Herring was arrested for Cultivation of Marijuana Five Plants or More 1st offense. Mr. Herring was lodged at the Big Sandy Correctional Complex.
