Felony Arrests in Rowan County

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On August 9, 2011 Deputies with the Menifee County Sheriff's Department responded to a residence on Dan Ridge Road in Menifee County in reference to a theft investigation. Deputies located items that appeared to be connected to a bank robbery.

Trooper Nathan Shortridge and Detective Toby Gardner responded to the scene. The items found are believed to be connected to the April 20, 2011 armed robbery of the Salt Lick Deposit Bank in Bath County.

On August 25, 2011, Warrants were obtained for Jamey D. Osborne, Lucy Robinette, Veronica Samples and Michael Blackburn all of Wellington. Detective Gardner arrested each individual and served the warrants that were issued. All subjects have been lodged at the Rowan County Detention Center in Morehead. The case remains under investigation by Detective Toby Gardner.
