Fugitive From Another State Arrest
Date of News Release: 09/19/2011
(Morehead, Ky.) -- On September 18, 2011, at 6:01 PM, Kentucky State Police in Morehead conducted a warrant service at a residence on Oakland Drive in Owingsville. Barry Pergrem was charged with Fugitive From Another State (Warrant Required) and five counts of Failure to Appear. Trooper Armstrong transported Mr. Pergrem to the Montgomery County Detention Center where he was lodged. The case is still under investigation by Trooper Michael Armstrong.
