Fugitive from Another State Arrest
Date of News Release: 10/16/2011
(Morehead, Ky.) -- On October 16, 2011 Bath County Sheriff's Office received an anonymous tip that Mark A. Butcher was at a residence on Tower Road in Bath County. Trooper Nathan Shortridge, Unit 1111, Deputy Johnny Botts, and Constable Wes Pincher responded to the residence. Upon arrival Mr. Butcher was located and apprehended without incident. Mr. Butcher was wanted out of Brevard County Florida for two counts of Trafficking Illegal Drugs 28 Grams or more.
