Arrest for Sodomy, 1st Degree in Bath County
Date of News Release: 11/18/2011
(Morehead, Ky.) -- On Thursday, November 18, 2011 Trooper Scott Ferrell responded to Adams Road in Owingsville to execute a Bath County Arrest Warrant for Earl Pendleton on charges for Sodomy, 1st Degree Domestic Violence and Incest. Mr. Pendleton was apprehended without incident and is currently lodged at the Montgomery County Detention Center. The incident remains under investigation by Trooper Scott Ferrell.
