KSP Post 8 donations for "Cram the Cruiser"

(Morehead, Ky.) -- Captain Bobby D. Murray of the Kentucky State Police Post 8, Morehead extends his appreciation to the community for their donation to the 2011 "Cram the Cruiser." As a result, 5886 pounds of non-perishable food was collected and dispersed to the Bluebank First Church of God Food Ministry and the Morehead Gateway Helping Hands Food Bank. This year's food drive exceeded last year's donation by a little more than 2700 pounds. Trooper J.Cottrell presented Wanda Fultz, Director of the Morehead Gateway Helping Hands with a cruiser full of non-perishable food items. KSP Post 8 also extends its appreciation to Tammy Fannin and her staff of the Bluebank First Church of God Ministry for their assistance in the collection from Walmart (Morehead store). The Kentucky State Police Post 8 Troopers are proud to be associated with such dedicated community members.
