DUI Injury Collision at the Intersection of KY 208 and 2154

(Lebanon, KY) – Trooper Casey Wethington is investigating a single vehicle collision that occurred 11:42 pm EST at the intersection of KY 208 and 2154. Brian Seals age 25 of Lebanon was operating a 1998 Ford Taurus westbound on KY 208 when he lost control of the vehicle and overturned. A passenger Courtney Richards, age 20 of Campbellsville, was ejected from the vehicle. Seals and Richards were not belted, and were transported to Spring View Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Alcohol was a factor in this collision.

Trooper Wethington was assisted at the scene by Trooper Jonathan Houk, Lebanon Police Department, Marion County Sheriffs Department, Fire, EMS and Rescue.
