Criminal Abuse 1st Degree Investigation and Arrest

(Henderson, KY) -- On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, Kentucky State Police Detective Matt Wise charged 27 year-old Jessica A. Frizzell of Beaver Dam with one (1) count of Criminal Abuse 1st Degree (child 12 years or under).

The investigation was initiated by the Kentucky State Police when Kosair Children's Hospital of Louisville contact KSP and Social Services regarding Frizzell's daughter. The one month old was admitted after the victim had suffered a broken femur.

The two month investigation was presented to the Ohio County Attorney's Office which issued the Class C Felony arrest warrant. Frizzell is being held in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.
