One Injured in a Two-Vehicle Collision on KY 130

(Henderson, KY) -- Daniel Spelbring was operating 2000 Chrysler Town and Country Mini Van traveling southbound on KY 130 North. Daren Stout was operating 1990 Ford Truck southbound on KY 130 North two vehicles behind Spelbring. Spelbring attempted a left hand turn into his driveway at which time Stout made an illegal pass around the vehicle between him and Spelbring. Stout's vehicle struck Spelbring's 2000 Chrysler Town and County Mini Van in the rear. Both vehicles came to final rest in roadway Spelbring's vehicle was not operable and towing company was utilized. Spelbring was transported to the Union County Methodist Hospital by Union County EMS for small laceration to his face.
