Felony Arrest of a Bardwell Kentucky Man

(Hickory, KY) – The Kentucky State Police have arrested a Bardwell man after an investigation into illegal sexual conduct. On Tuesday, March 6, 2012 Kentucky State Police received a complaint from the Carlisle County Attorney's Office regarding rape allegations. An investigation into the allegations began which led to the arrest of 38-year-old, James Ray Norvell of Bardwell, KY. On Wednesday, a Kentucky State Police investigator charged Norvell with four counts of Rape 1st and four counts of Incest. Norvell was lodged at the Ballard County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
