Stolen Vehicle Recovered and A Fugitive From Another State Arrested

(Lyon County) - Kentucky State Police received information of a stolen vehicle expected to travel through the West Kentucky area. Troopers observed the 2005 Neon traveling West on Interstate 24 and conducted a traffic stop at the 48 mile marker. The operator, 46-year-old Juan Antonio Falcon Arroyo, was arrested and lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Fugitive From Justice, after it was determined there were active warrants in Colorado for a prior stolen vehicle. The investigation continues by Trooper Lewie Dodd who was assisted on scene by additional Troopers from Post 2 Madisonville and Lyon County Sheriff Kent Murphy.
