Leitchfield Man Arrested on Charges of Rape and Incest

Date of News Release: 05/10/2012

(Bowling Green, KY.) -- On Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 6:41 P.M. (CST), Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green, responded to 1599 Broad Ford Road in Hart County, Kentucky regarding an alleged rape complaint.

At 10:30 P.M. (CST), Kentucky State Police personnel arrested Kody King (20) of Leitchfield, Kentucky and charged him with Rape 1st Degree and Incest. Mr. King was lodged in the Hart County Jail.

The investigation is still ongoing and is being led by Detective Chad Winn. He was assisted by Troopers Jeremy Smith, Wes Medley, and Daniel White.
