Robert (Bobby) Litteral Enters Guilty Plea

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On Monday January 30, 2012, Robert (Bobby) Litteral of West Liberty Kentucky plead guilty in US District Court in Lexington, KY, on the charges of Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine. Charges stem from a joint Kentucky State Police and FBI investigation in which a series of drug purchases were conducted. Litteral plead guilty to selling approximately 22 ounces of cocaine. Litteral will be sentenced on a later date and faces a minimum of 15 years to a maximum of 30 years in Federal Prison. This investigation is still continuing.
