KSP Post 11 assists with Federal Investigation and Indictments

(LONDON, KY.) -- On Friday, March 1, 2013, officers from KSP Post 11, London, the Williamsburg Police Department and the ATF responded to a report of a Meth lab and explosive device being found at the residence on Nanny Hubbard Road in the Canadatown community of Whitley County.
Upon arrival officers discovered a Meth lab, along with explosives and firearms. Williamsburg Police Department placed charges on the individuals involved in this incident.
Over the course of the additional investigation it was discovered that several large groups of individuals were involved in a conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine in the Canadatown community.
The investigation continued for several months which led to additional Meth labs being located in the Canadatown community.
On Thursday, May 23rd 2013 a Federal Grand Jury returned indictments for Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine over 500 grams for all the following individuals:
Daniel J. Moeser, 44, Nannie Hubbard Road, Williamsburg, KY.
Lisa C. Ball, 49, Nannie Hubbard Road, Williamsburg, KY.
Bobby D. Canada, II, 26, S. Log Cabin Road, Williamsburg, KY.
David A. Davis, (formerly David Wallace), 29, Snuffy Reynolds Road, Williamsburg, KY.
Danny L. Fyffe, 49, Williamsburg, KY.
Robert J. Gibson, 23, Gibson Lane, Williamsburg, KY.
Michelle Manning, 33, Williamsburg, KY.
Wayne C. Marcus, 33, Williamsburg, KY.
Billy R. Richardson, 34, Prewitt Bend Road, Williamsburg, KY.
Anthony L. Rose, 32, Young Cemetery Road, Corbin, KY.
Jerry W. White, 35, Brimm Lane, Williamsburg, KY.
Beverly Wilson, 28, Williamsburg, KY.
The grand jury returned additional indictments for Dan Moeser and Lisa Ball for being a Felon in possession of Explosives and Firearm and being a drug user in possession of explosives.
The investigation was a joint investigation by KSP Post 11, the ATF, the Williamsburg Police Department, the Whitley County Sheriffs Office and KY Probation and Parole. The investigation is continuing.
