(Hickory, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Troopers were conducting a traffic safety checkpoint on KY 305 at Coleman Road in McCracken County. Cornelius Hill drove up and provided his operator's license to a trooper. Hill smelled strongly of alcohol and was asked to step out of his vehicle for standard field sobriety tests.
