(Hickory, Ky.) - On 10/10/2013 the Kentucky State Police responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway 121 South just north New Concord. Mandie Scates had been southbound when her passenger side tires left the roadway. While attempting to get back on the roadway, Ms. Scates over corrected, causing the vehicle to cross both lanes, and strike a guardrail.
