Three Arrested at Trimble County Meth Lab

(Bedford, KY) - Three people were arrested yesterday (12/3) after Troopers found a meth lab in a home at 200 Estelle Lane in Bedford, KY. After receiving information that methamphetamine was being cooked in the home, Troopers obtained a search warrant and searched the residence. Troopers located several ingredients used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine as well as several pieces of drug paraphernalia. Four children were found in the home and were released to a family member.

The following were located at the residence and arrested: Nathaniel Townsend, 33 years old from Pendleton, KY; Joseph Turner, 38 years old from Carrollton, KY; Charity Purvis, 34 years old from Milton, KY. All three were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Meth Precursor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. They were lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center.

Trooper Brodie Jodry is leading the ongoing investigation. Trooper Jodry was assisted at the scene by the Trimble County EMS.
